Signed installers for Windows + macOS, Docker tarball for Linux. Self-hosted, but designed for non-IT firms.
On-prem doesn't mean hard. Three platforms; pick yours; download a signed installer or a Docker tarball; run it; first user becomes the firm admin. No remote-access requirement, no Plaid / S3 / Sentry / external dependency required to get to a running system.

Request the installer
Fill the download request form on this site. Admin reviews (usually same-day) and emails a tokenized link. No GitHub login or PAT required. Form covers your name + company + deployment target — we use it to send the right artifact.

Run the installer
Windows: double-click the signed
.exe, Next-Next-Install. macOS: drag the .app out of the DMG. Docker: docker load + docker compose up -d.3

First-boot setup wizard
Browser opens to
localhost:3847. Three steps: (1) admin account + firm name, (2) license .lic file upload, (3) optional SSL mode picker (HTTP-only / self- signed / uploaded / Let's Encrypt). Done — you're in the dashboard.4

Toggle modules + invite team
Settings → Modules switches feature bundles on/off. Default bundle (core + onboarding + compliance + contracts) covers most firms. Onboarding magic-link invites your team — they self-serve password + document upload.
Tip
Total: ~12 minutes for the average install. Trial tier (3 users, 14 days) is free — try it on your laptop first; move to a server when you're ready.

Database
SQLite ships embedded. No separate Postgres install, no DBA. File at
data/timetrackpro.sqlite. Migrations apply automatically on every boot via the first- boot bootstrap. Backup = copy the file.HTTPS / SSL
Bundled Caddy in Windows + macOS installers (and Docker compose with-caddy template). Pick the mode at setup; switch any time later under Settings → SSL. Let's Encrypt auto-renews; no crons to manage.
Email delivery
SMTP-only. Configure once under Settings → Email (host, port, username, password, from-name). We don't require any QuantumIT-side service — your firm's SMTP relay (Gmail Workspace, Office 365, Brevo, your own) handles every send.
License
One-time license file (
.lic) emailed after purchase. Online mode phones home once daily to validate; offline-customer mode never phones home. Tier upgrades drop in a new .lic file — no reinstall, no downtime.Upgrades
